FAQS

Q. Can I bring my surfboard?

A. If you have a suitable board that you are enjoying learning on, you can bring it with you. However, the coach will have to advise you if they feel the board is not the best to aid your progression or for the conditions on the day.

Q. How long do you spend in the water over the weekend?

A. This can depend on surf fitness and conditions/ waves caught. However, it will be around 6 hours of in-water time.

Q. What is the advantage of video analysis?

A. Video analysis is great because it allows the coach to show you what tey see, highlight what you are doing well, and critique what is needed to help with your progression.

Q. Can I surf outside of the coached sessions?

A. Yes, you can surf as much as you like, the equipment is yours for the full 2 days. We would advise saving the “free surfing” until after the final session though as you do not want to fatigue before it.
